Jackie Robertson is a Registered Psychotherapist with over 35 years of experience. Jackie is a passionate speaker, educator, facilitator and consultant. She has travelled internationally to build partnerships, coach leaders, provide clinical expertise, and facilitate teaching and workshops. Jackie has a wealth of experience in the areas of mental health, familial issues, trauma and adoption. She is engaging, down to earth, humorous and highly motivating in her work approach. She finds her work in supporting others on their journey to reach their full potential as extremely enriching.
Jackie and her husband reside in Durham, Ontario. They have four adult sons (and their families) and enjoy time together as a family for meals, at the cottage and vacations.
Daniel Robertson

Daniel Robertson is a graduate student from Yorkville University with a Masters in Counselling Psychology (M.A) background in Forensic Psychology (B.A Hons) and Victimology (Post-Graduate Certificate). He is actively working in the counselling field with a particular focus on young adults struggling with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, stress and relationship issues. Daniel has a passion to work with young people as he easily relates to this population and recognizes the complex society young people are facing. He also works with couples and families in related areas of focus.
Daniel’s experience in law-enforcement allows him to bring a unique perspective and skill set to the therapeutic setting including extensive insight into mental health, specifically depression, substance abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and suicide. In his work with clients, Daniel draws from theoretical approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and emotion-focused therapy (EFT). Daniel is recently married and together with his wife he is enjoying the challenges and rewards of parenting a golden-doodle as a first child. Their family values include self-care, relationships and enjoying all stages of life while enduring the “ups and downs”.
Matthew Robertson

Matthew is a social worker with a wealth of experience working with mental health and family systems. He worked at Canadian Mental Health Association for 5 years before becoming a MSW and psychotherapist. Matthew utilizes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) motivational interviewing and brings a trauma informed lens to his practice. He has a natural strength of working with children, teens and families. Matthew uses an approach called Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) when working with family systems.
